Episode 4 -Deeply nurture yourself with Forward Folds

This week I'll delve deeply into forward folds.

This series of poses can be very nurturing, calming and nourishing.  However, when you have a larger body they can be difficult.  Bellies and boobs can get in the way.

In this episode I'll show you why you should include them in your yoga routine and how to make them work for you if you have a larger body.

In addition, I recommend watching this video from Body Positive Yoga so you can see how to make forward folds work for you.
