How nightly rituals can change everything

Have you got a nightly routine? Or are you so busy that you keep going and going until you can’t stand any more?

I understand that it can feel like there is no time for a night time routine, but the benefits are so worthwhile and here are a couple of reasons why.

  1. It’s important to wind down from the day. I promise it will help you to sleep better

  2. Checking in with your day will be a beautiful moment of mindfulness that can create a shift in you that could lead to huge changes

Over the years my nightly rituals have morphed and changed but they have contributed to some of the biggest & best changes that have happened in my life.

For example -
Reading a chapter of a self development book ➡️ created a 12 month body love coaching course

Doing skin care at night ➡️ helped me decide to give up alcohol

Nightly gratitude ➡️ happier me
