I’m putting self-care to the test

I have a confession…

I love the idea of self-care. The whole “treat yourself” thing. The bubble baths, deep breathing, gentle movement, all of it.

But let’s be real—who has the time?

I’ve spent years wondering:

  • Does any of this actually make a difference?

  • Is it all just wellness fluff?

  • What’s worth my time, and what’s a waste?

So I’ve decided to find out.

💡 Introducing: My Self-Care Experiments!

Each week, I’ll test out a tiny self-care habit and report back with the honest truth. No wellness BS. No impossible routines. Just real results from someone (me!) who’s trying to feel better without overhauling her whole life.

✨ Here’s how it works:

  • I’ll try a new self-care habit for a week.

  • I’ll spill the tea—was it a game-changer or a total flop?

  • I’ll give it my official rating:
Not My Vibe → No way, not for me.
🤷‍♀️ Nice, But Not Life-Changing → I liked it, but I’m not committed.
🌟 OBSESSED. Must Try! → It’s part of my routine, and you should try it too!

Of course, a week isn’t always long enough to see real results. But this isn’t about being scientific or serious—it’s just for fun, curiosity, and maybe discovering a new habit that actually sticks.

My first experiment drops next week—get ready. 😏

Until then, let me know: What’s one self-care habit you’ve always been curious about? Comment below.
