*Please note that this kit is a downloadable e-book full of links to audios and videos so you can practice yoga at home
I made this kit for all my current students who walk away from a class feeling blissed out. You can feel that every day by creating your own yoga ritual at home. This fully downloadable kit allows you to create a customised home yoga experience that can be done in as little as 15 minutes a day.
I also made this kit for anyone who is curious about yoga but who might be a bit scared to try a class. I will guide you step by step through each of the practices including a 7-step audio class on sun salutations which has modifications for complete beginners.
The kit is also made for anyone who could benefit from feeling more kindness towards themselves (isn’t that all of us?) as I have included a special ahimsa practice that can be done in just 2 minutes. Ahimsa means non-harm and this practice doesn’t require any physical or mental effort and will help you prioritise self-kindness even on the hardest day.
There are numerous benefits to practicing yoga every day. Here are some of the most significant reasons why you could consider making yoga a daily habit:
Physical health: Practicing yoga regularly can help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. It can also help reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Mental health: Yoga can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also improve focus, concentration, and overall mood.
Sleep: Practicing yoga before bed can help improve sleep quality, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.
Mind-body connection: Yoga involves connecting the mind and body through breath and movement. This can help increase self-awareness, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
Community: Joining a yoga class or practicing with others can help foster a sense of community and support, which can be beneficial for mental and emotional health.
Overall, practicing yoga every day can have a positive impact on both physical and mental health, promoting overall well-being and vitality.
