Join me for 90 days of yoga.
Each day I will share a practice with you - sometimes a short class, a meditation, a piece of yoga philosophy, a body love lesson, or a journaling prompt. Each practice is 30 minutes or less and suitable for absolute beginners.
In 2017 I created “The Body Love Method”, a system of 12 practices and teachings that help women make peace with their bodies.
Why is Body Love important?
When women are at war with their own bodies it takes away from their confidence, their self-worth, and their physical health. This means we hold ourselves back from doing the things we really want, we deny ourselves basic self-care and we restrict and punish our bodies to try and look how nature never intended.
When women learn to love their bodies as they are they gain confidence, they prioritise looking after their health with kindness, and they become role models for the next generation. We Gen X & Millennial women went through a lot with our body image, let’s not pass that down to our children or grandchildren.
I put The Body Love Method to one side a few years ago (the pandemic really rocked my confidence), but the more I’ve delved into yoga philosophy I’ve realised there are so many similarities between it & The Body Love Method. I’m thrilled to reboot the framework I created with a yoga twist (pun intended 😂) and share it as a 90-day program.
What’s Included in the Body Love Yoga Challenge?
90 days of daily practices
Not just asana (the physical poses), this challenge will deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy, meditation, body love practices, and your connection to yourself. It will help you create more confidence, a calmer mind, and a healthier body. (BTW, you don’t have to do every single practice to make this worthwhile, even a couple a week will make a huge difference).
At least one live online class each week plus downloadable videos, audio, and prompts
I’ll give you a practice to do every day for the 90 days of the challenge. You can also mix it up with your own favourite YouTube videos or meditation apps. I’ll be there for accountability to keep you going and for a live class plus Q&A session on Zoom each week.

My Body Love Affirmations audio
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 8. But it’s only this year that I’ve been consciously practicing yoga every day.
My aim was to give myself a project to distract myself from the pain I was experiencing with endometriosis, to deepen my knowledge of this wonderful and ancient practice, and to disrupt the yoga world by showing a larger, older, not-so-flexible body practicing on social media.
So far, I am blown away by how great I feel. I am learning so much about yoga and loving it more and more each day. And I’m learning to appreciate this big old body even more than before.
I’m really excited to help you create results that feel great for you by supporting you to practice yoga every day too.
