Getting back into exercise can feel really daunting, especially as we get older!

In this video I offer 3 things that are essential when you get back into working out, and 3 things I recommend you don't do! How do I know? I'm a personal trainer, health coach, yoga teacher and Reiki Master and after working with hundreds of clients, this is what I've learned.

1. DO get support

2. DO buy yourself some new gear

3. DO IT YOUR WAY!

4. DON'T join a gym straight away

5. DON'T start a diet at the same time.
