I have been teaching yoga for quite some time now and I can honestly say it has changed my life. It has led me to become so much more accepting of myself and others, it’s helped me to de-stress and it has completely changed my relationship to my body. I feel stronger and happier since I started.
So many of my clients who start yoga with me say… “I wish I had known it was going to be this good. I wish I had started earlier!”
I spoke to them about their thoughts and feelings of yoga before and after they started and I came up with this list of things you might like to know before you start your yoga journey.
