Magic Mornings is the first of it’s kind because I’m taking you into my exact morning routine to show you not only does it not take long to have time for yourself every day but also how doing this for yourself creates positive changes in almost every aspect of your life - your body, your mental health, your career and your relationships.

Before I became a coach I was a stressed out corporate drone.  Every morning felt like Ground-Hog Day.  I was irritable, stressed and absolutely no fun to be around.  I’d heard about morning routines and every once in a while I’d try to do one but I’d quit less than a week later because I’d make it way too hard for myself - 45 minute workout followed by a 20 minute meditation session and a complicated breakfast rigmarole.  I’d have to get up waaaaay earlier than I liked so it just didn’t stick.

After being in the self-development industry for more than 7 years, I have learned that morning routines do not need to be complicated or long to work, they just have to happen!  Which is why I’ve created Magic Mornings.

After years of having my self-esteem battered by the corporate boys club while dealing with Stage 4 endometriosis, I ditched my six-figure corporate career in Sydney and moved to Albany, Western Australia in 2012 to start my multi-passionate business.  I am a personal trainer, yoga teacher, reiki master and creator of the certified body love coach program, The Body Love Academy.  As I like to say, I’m a woman with a big belly and a big heart and I’m on a mission to help women love themselves more every day.

What if I’m in a different time zone to you, or you’re on a different schedule?

Most of the resources are pre-recorded so you can access them any time. All of the live sessions will be recorded straight into the Facebook group so you won’t miss out on anything. You’ll have access to me in the group and I’ll answer all questions within 24 hours.

What if I’m not a morning person?

Believe me, neither am I!  I promise to show up to each call in my pyjamas with messy hair and no makeup.  This is not about being perfect.  However, if getting up early in the mornings make you nauseous (Yes I’ve been there too), then just do it at your own pace.  This will work in your lunch break, or in the evening too. 

What if I’m not good with Zoom or technology?

If you can access Facebook then you can do this program.  Although I believe using Zoom is the best way to do this as you’ll feel like you’re part of a community when you join the call live, you will get everything you need from watching it through the Facebook group.
