I have created a 6-week personalised coaching program that’s just right for you. It’s a safe and supportive space with a qualified non-judgmental fitness professional (that’s me) to help you unpack your body image issues and create body respect and healthy habits instead.
Over three private coaching/counselling sessions you’ll:
Dismantle and ditch diet culture: Unpack your body story. Talk about your history with food and fitness. Find out how diet culture harms you. And be provided with a personalised toolkit to dismantle diet culture in your life.
Build Self-compassion & Self-trust: We’ll talk about your current style of health & fitness. Look at what makes up a good day vs a bad day. Support you to rebuild trust in your body. And look after your inner child.
Create a personalised no-fail health and well-being plan: By the end of the program, you’ll have a plan that nurtures your physical and mental health. When you think about it, how can a book or an influencer you’ve never met tell you you how to look after your body?
