This week's Moon Phases
The moon started to wane again today. It's time to slowly go inward to reflect on the past month and to give your body, mind & spirit time to recuperate.
A beautiful journal prompt for this week is - "I lay in my virtual hammock and muse about..."
See if you can look at your plan for the week and cancel one commitment to honour your need for space and relaxation.
This week's suggested workouts
Monday (tomorrow) we will do a full-body strength training on the floor. No weights are required.
Wednesday we will do 10 sun salutations.
Friday we will do a yoga flow with a focus on relaxation.
Please note: I will start deleting recordings each week on a Sunday and adding them to the Dropbox.

Intuitive Eating
This week I encourage you to go back to the Intuitive Eating course and rewatch at least one video. Feel free to message me if you have some concerns/stresses/questions about Intuitive Eating.
Important Dates
Wednesday 22nd March is the next New Moon. We will have a new moon session instead of our workout that day. Please use the New Moon Zoom link in the event rather than the Wednesday Workout Zoom link.
Thursday 6th April is the next Full Moon. We will have an additional full moon ceremony that day.
