About the Program
Spanning 6 months, this small group health coaching program is for anyone navigating the menopause transition.
We’ll meet once a month for 6-months where I’ll guide you to create your own health & fitness plan to help you feel more energised and vibrant. Each month we’ll cover topics like gentle nutrition, accessible fitness, sleep & stress management and emotional support.
You’ll also get access to a private WhatsApp group to keep in touch between sessions, and monthly 7-day challenges to keep you on track.
A typical month on the program looks like this:
Join our in-person monthly session to create goals, celebrate wins, ask questions and received tailored resources to support you on your journey.
Commit to the monthly 7-day challenge on topics like optimising nutrition, reducing alcohol, regular physical activity, sleep or meditation.
Keep in touch daily, or as often as you like via WhatsApp to track progress, get support and celebrate succcess.

About your coach
My name is Emma Polette, and I am a certified health coach with a speciality in menopause health, personal trainer and yoga teacher.
I have also been post-menopausal since 2017 at the age of 43.
When I went into menopause I got ZERO support. No information was provided by my medical team and no one my age was going through it. I felt very alone and that added to the stress and discomfort of this time.
Now I have studied more about menopause and the lifestyle changes that can help women thrive through this time. I believe in taking an evidence-based approach and encourage women to ask questions of their doctors to ensure the tailored approach to menopause that all people deserve.

No I am not. However the medical evidence says that lifestyle changes can have a huge positive impact on a woman’s wellbeing during the menopause transition and I am certainly qualified to help with that.
Also, most medical professionals have had very limited education in menopause health.

I do offer private coaching. You can enquire about that using the form below.
However, the taboos around talking about menopause in public is part of the reason why women suffer. Learning you are not alone and sharing your experiences can be very healing.

If you feel attracted to this program, I would highly recommend joining, even if you can’t make all the sessions. A lot of the action will happen on WhatsApp and in the monthly 7-day challenges so you won’t miss out on much if you can’t attend a session or two.
